This Griffin Amplifi iPod speaker system garnered high marks from Crunchgear a few years ago when they said “For $150, you can’t do a whole lot better than this”. Well, how about for $49. I’ve just spotted this Griffin Amplifi marked down to $49 shipped. That’s way below the $100-140 street price I found elsewhere. The dock fits standard iPod connectors (probably not the iPhone though) and includes a 3.5mm mini-phone stereo connector in case you want to attach something else and don’t mind a messy cord.
