Madonna album deal – $5

Amazon has the Madonna 2003 hit album “Like a Virgin” on sale in 256k MP3 format for only $5. There’s no DRM and hit songs like Material Girl, Like a Virgin, as well as a couple dance remixes that are found only on the album. Such a deal.

My personal choice on Amazon MP3 this weekend is the 66 song ‘Ultimate Ella Fitzgerald’ collection (http://www.amazon.com/The-Ulti.....B001ONN38I) … which inexplicably fails to include ‘Mack the Knife’ from a 1960 Berlin concert that is amazing. But you can add that from ‘Pure Ella’ for an extra $1 … 67 classic tracks from one of the all-time great singers for $6 – not too shabby.
As for Madonna … my wife finds it amusing that I have Borderline on my iPod along with the Ornette Coleman and Anthony Braxton and such.
