I think bacon is pretty healthy It's just a little high in sodium, but you should be ok if you limit yourself to two slices a morning. If you want to avoid the mess Wayne you should try making it in the toaster oven. That's what I do. You just put some foil over the baking sheet and once it's done just toss it in the trash and no mess!!! And you get that all important crispy crunch!! Is it crunchy??
