Great to hear!
Thanks for pointing out what was a huge omission on my part. I focused on the specific sleeve and their products are great! But their customer service is just as great and does deserve recognition!
I have dealt with them numerous times since getting my first Waterfield case a year and a half ago and have had nothing but fantastic interactions. NOT something you find often enough these days and yet another reason to keep coming back to them!

clingeek-

Great to hear!

Thanks for pointing out what was a huge omission on my part. I was blown away by their customer service. I had indicated that I had a 3-cell battery, but ordered the case for the 6-cell. I got a call about 10 minutes later from them telling me about the error. I have never gotten that type of service from any supplier that I have ordered things from. Plus my sleeve was done and on its way before the end of the day.
Props to Waterfield (and Gear Diary)!

Thanks for the review. I submitted an order yesterday, my first from Waterfield. I hate hearing stories like that and the gut-tightening, slow-motion, nothing-you-can-do-but-cringe moment as a treasured device takes a fall.

runningman- ouch! I definitely agree with Dan that their products are exceptional. However, on the sleeve, beware that the corners are not heavily padded as you might find on a hardcase sleeve. I trashed a one month old 12" PowerBook when my Mac slipped off a car seat less than two feet from the ground in one of these sleeves. As Dan points out, they still require TLC full time.
