Doody on Board: Doggie Clean-Up Bags with Fire Hydrant Dispenser

I’m forever telling everyone who will listen that the worst part of owning a dog has to be the cleanup. There’s nothing that I can imagine worse than using a plastic bag placed over my hand to retrieve a dog’s waste. Of course the bigger the dog – the bigger the problem. Here’s a cute gift idea for the dog lover who needs a convenient bag dispenser. This fire hydrant shaped bag dispenser holds 30 clean-up bags (I’m betting you also have to buy them from the people who make the dispenser). Comes with two rolls of bags. At only $5.99 it’s not that crappy of a deal..

I have a use for my leftover grocery bags…..ick. I love my pup but her messes can be…big. Even for a year old pup.

Those bags look like the standard size that most pet stores have for all of the various dispensers.

We get plenty of bags from our newspaper – around the house we just scoop, but when we go places it is good to have those little bags.

… and nice that we have two ~10 lb. Norfolk Terriers.
