I used to be a Mac user (first one was an Apple II GS) and I was in love with my first apple notebook, a PowerBook Wallstreet. After I dropped down the last one, being on a budget, I went with an Eee PC 900HD and I don't regret it, also because the Mac was performing poorly with the software I had to use for work. I second Parallels.
I used to be a Mac user (first one was an Apple II GS) and I was in love with my first apple notebook, a PowerBook Wallstreet.

I should take a picture of my desk - I have my MBP front & center, my work HP to the lower right if needed, and my Lenovo s10 netbook at lower left pulling PC duty. My Dell m1730 has gone more or less to the kids at this point (they don't mind) as I can do any PC gaming on the MBP!
