It tool a three foot fall onto a tile floor and never regained consciousness. The Redfly is something I am seriously going to look at it. It is a little bit bigger than I want and I like taking handwritten notes in OneNote, so we'll see. I am touchy feely about my tech gear, I want to play with one first. I still have my Sony UX-180, but it is not pocketable and takes too long to boot up. It is looking more and more like a new 7510 or an email to Steve. Thanks for the suggestions and keep them coming.

The microdive is totaly gone. It doesn't even register in the device. Much cheaper alternative would be E-Bay. I got mine 7500 last August for 400 EUR with shipping, I guess 750x versions should be even cheaper now and 7510 version should also be much less expensive than new.
The other alternative are some MIDs (Aigo, UMID M1...) with Atom processors and Linux or WinXP, but they usually lack WAN (3G) connectivity.
If you can wait couple of months and want Windows Mobile, Toshiba will have their TG01 out sometime in summer and by the end of the year Toshiba has 3 additional models with large screen planned
(http://www.theunwired.net/?item=leak-toshiba-ro...)
and HTC should release the Athena2 - followup to Advantage. But I guess none of these new devices will be cheap.

Poor Advantage…

Fortunately my is still working fine, and I hope it stays that way.<br
