There the unemployment rate has been over 10% for some years and is now over 13% - the highest in the nation.  The city of Detroit is over 22% unemployment now -  more than 1 in 5 people out of work.
Texas, overall, still has one of the strongest economies in the country right now - unfortunately it&#039;s finally starting to take a fall too - welcome to the party.
