My favorite online radio station is Slacker Radio. I use it on the web via an embedded (aka nothing to download) music player. I also use it on both of my BlackBerries. About 6 months ago I subscribed to Slacker Radio Plus which gives you unlimited music skipping for only $3.95.
I love creating specialized radio stations that I listen to at various times of the day depending upon my mood. And whenever there’s a song that I don’t like – I can ban it from playing again. Similarly when there’s a song that I like – clicking on the like button makes sure that I hear more of it.
Slacker’s unique in that it has customizable stations and supports multiple devices. If you’re using a BlackBerry, the free Slacker client even supports downloading (caching) a supply of music to your device.
