Facebook for Windows Mobile gets an upgrade

Windows Mobile users can now kick back and enjoy the same a similar “on device” native Facebook client that BlackBerry and iPhone users have been enjoying for quite some time. This new Facebook for Windows Mobile 6 brings similar features to Windows Mobile. You can read news feeds, update status, upload photos — and even upload a video (something the BlackBerry and iPhone applications don’t natively support). Phone book is now integrated to the Windows Mobile world so you’ll have an updated list of the most current numbers of your favorite Facebook pals. You’ll have to dial or text these numbers from the application though as new records aren’t created in your Windows Mobile device. For a more complete review, check out CNET at the link below.

    Played with this a bit this morning. Looks nice so far. Works great with the Redfly too, I just tested it. Looks fine while connected and doesn’t do anything funky on disconnect.
