picture-111Do you like to always have access to your data wherever you go?  There are plenty of online data storage depots where you can store your personal files, but these require an internet connection to access.  USB thumb drives are popular as well, but they’re just another thing to carry in your pockets or lose in your bag.

TopTech products has something better.  Packaged in the same size and shape as a credit card their new 4GB and 1GB Slim Data USB Cards Flatten the USB Flash Drive and allow it to be carried right inside your wallet right next to your other credit cards.  Since it weighs a mere 9 grams you won’t even know it’s there.  It’s light weight, which also means you’ll be able to send it through standard mail easily.

The credit card sized data card is available in several color choices (blue, red, smoke, clear and orange.)  The Slim Data USB Cards are Mac, PC, and Linux compatible and support both USB 2.0 and 1.1 interfaces.

The 4GB version sells for $24.99 and can ordered directly from TopTech.

I have always had a passion for gear and gadgets. It all started for me with the release of the very first Palm Pilot. I've always had an interest in handheld electronics. From handheld PDAs, to cell phones, Mp3 players, watches and other products, I'm the first person my friends, family and colleagues call when they need advice on tech. I have roots in the online tech. forum community. I served as the Administrator to Howard Forums.com and as a Moderator at both Treo Central.com and Blackberry Forums.net. Under the screen name “lgreenberg” I've amassed 50,000+ postings. I also manage my own YouTube channel under the user name larrygreenberg. I'm always eager to help.
