This also true for instant messages as well. If you are in the midst of having an online chat - there's no need to look into another application -most of the modern apps will send the chat (or Facebook) notification right to email/inbox. Very cool --- and unique. One of the areas besides email that BlackBerry is actually AHEAD on..
