This Pharos Touch Screen GPS (PDR200) features a 4″ LCD and text to speech spoken directions. Unlike some other more expensive GPS units all your maps will be stored on a 1GB SD card that inserts to the side slot. Some may call this a step backwards in features however I think its easier to update maps off card via an SD card reader than to haul the whole stinkin’ GPS into your house and find that special cable (that you’ve long since lost). So for $58 this GearSponsor deal makes a pretty affordable gift for someone that needs a basic budget priced GPS.
