It has taken a good few days, too many as far as we’re concerned, to see any real movement regarding the release of new or updated apps that make use of Apple’s new Push Technology. Word is Apple was taking its time to make sure their servers could handle the sudden demand the system will place on it. Well, the wait is over.
Beejive IM Verison 3.0 was just let into the wild just a bit ago and it is there for the taking. If you already had Beejive the update is free. If you are new to the app it is just $9.99 and is available HERE.
We’ll have an overview of the Push Notification system and how it works with Beejive shortly.

Huh – as of 10:30pm Central U.S. time I could NOT download the update – the App Store still says there are no updates available. They seem to have pulled it. What gives?
Now as of 10:45 it has reappeared along with other updates. What’s up with the app servers?
