I'm not sure if it supports Windows Live Spaces directly yet, but as long as it uses the MetaWeblog API like everyone else, there shouldn't be a problem. I use Textmate for both <a>Grant Writing Confidential</a> and <a href="http://jseliger.com">The Story's Story</a>; in addition, the "diff" menu will help you gauge whether you want to accept edits.
