New Weekly Review Series For iPhone and Touch Apps

Posted on 22 June 2009 by

We all know the economy is shot and times are tough.  As a school teacher, father of two young boys and the owner of a mortgage, the search for great deals are a daily task.  With 50,000 iPhone applications available in iTunes one could easily drop some serious cash simply by checking out what is available.

$.99 a pop can add up quickly for a guy like me.  Luckily, there are thousands of free apps available.  Many are not worth the bandwidth to download but some are hidden gems. Several of my most used apps, in fact, are free.

Free For All  will take you on a journey through the world of free apps.  Monday through Friday each week it will give you a quick look at what is available so there is no need to waste your valuable time finding out if that app is a dud or a gem.

Tune in each day and Free For All will take care of that for you.  And with the dirty work done, your iPhone’s pages won’t be littered with worthless apps.

Can’t wait! I know personally I consumed loads of junk in the early App Store days – free and paid, and now grabbing stuff is a rarity because of both time to evaluate and potential cost.
