There are several games that are new to me and easy to understand instructions had me playing the games in no time. The graphics are not a major issue in a card game, but if done wrong can ruin the experience. Handmark did a nice job of creating an easy to use interface with attractive graphics. The card animations are smooth and without lag. The sounds are simple and spot on. They have included many options to customize appearances, even though the default images were perfectly fine for me.
The main issue with solitaire on the iPhone is gameplay. AWSolitaire provides a very customizable and enjoyable gaming experience. I have a new goal of finally winning Idiot’s Delight! Yes, there are games with fancy graphics that have been ported from console games but sometimes we just need to kill a little time playing some solitaire.
