Alex has just sent word that WebIS is offering holiday specials on their software. If you’ve put off purchasing Pocket Informant or FlexMail but the intention was there, then you ought to take advantage while the cost is so insanely low. These sale prices are good through the 6th, so you can wait until your barbecue guests have left before you press ‘purchase’. Clicking the links below gets you the special pricing and helps support Gear Diary. FTW!

This weekend we honor the independence of the United States of America. American’s do it in our own personal ways. We do it by getting together with family, eating smoked ribs (home smoked over many hours with my own personal rub), and watching the fireworks. Maybe playing a bit of paintball and volleyball and swimming. As well we like to share in the joy by providing fairly rock-bottom pricing for our software. Its our little way to give something back to this great nation.

Enjoy!

Pocket Informant for WM Pro - $12.99
Pocket Informant for WM Std - $12.99
Pocket Informant for BlackBerry - $12.99
Pocket Informant for BlackBerry Storm - $12.99

FlexMail for WM Pro - $9.95
FlexMail for WM Std – $9.95

I started Gear Diary on September 30, 2006, and my goal was that this not be an easily labeled site. We all have gear that we use daily – some of it electronic and some of it organic. I think it is fascinating to explore the equipment that makes our lives easier, more entertaining, more productive, and more manageable. My hope is that Gear Diary visitors will find this site to be a comfortable and friendly place to discuss interesting topics – and not only those that are tech related, as well as a location to discover various types of gear – whatever that term may end up implying – that they never knew existed. My specialty is in-depth reviews written in a layman’s terms, because everyone can understand technology, sometimes it just takes a little translating. +Judie Stanford
