Got an old gadget out there that you don’t know what to do with?
We’ve all seen the videos in cyber space called “Will it Blend?”
But blending is so over done isn’t it?
It’s all about the grill now.
Watch the first ever episode of Gear Diary’s “Will it Grill” where Larry Greenberg puts the Vaja iVolution case for the iPhone 3G to the test.
Note: I personally love Vaja’s cases and but this one has someone else’s name and company embossed on the back so I know I’ll never use it. Vaja makes some of the best cases around and this video should in no way be a reflection upon the quality of their product.

For my leather cases, I prefer to brine them first, pat dry then do a dry marinade rub with Penzeys Leather Case Spice Rub. I’m old school so I use a charcoal grill with true charcoal. One of these days though I’m going to get a Weber Bullet smoker to properly finish them.
