I HATED it because I am a mouth breather. Then I tried the Mirage Liberty (also by ResMed) and it worked better, but was way to delicate. I kept snapping pieces off of it. Plus the pillows kept blowing out of my nares. Then I went to the Quattro (ResMed too!) and I am on my second one. It seems a little byzantine, but it woks well for me. I hate chinstraps and will never go to a nasal only mask again unless they figure out a way to stop me from opening my big yap at night. Heh the Swift II was my first mask. I've been using a CPAP for 10 years now. I used to be able to just route the hose over the head board, but for some reason with the bed I have now that doesn't work. I will definitely have to look into CozyHose. I work for a hospital, the one that treats me, and have had the advantage of being asked to try out several new masks. The best one by far is the "Mirage Swift II" from ResMed: http://www.resmed.com/us/products/mirage_swift_ii/mirage-swift-ii.html?nc=patients I always had trouble with the mask wanting to crush my nasal passages, but the Swift II doesn't press on the outside, rather it actually "inflates" the nasal passages, and makes it much easier to breathe. And, for those that have been diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea, and don't think they can get used to the masks, please don't give up so easy. It does take some getting used to, but the benefits of a full night's sleep when you finally do are well worth it. The difference it made in my life was amazing.
