My LogMeIn account has saved me numerous times when I discovered there was something on my iMac at home and… I wasn’t.
Thanks to LogMeIn on my MacBook I’ve been able to grab what I needed and get on with my day. Better yet, with the LogMeIn Ignition iPhone app I don’t even need another computer to grab something at home. The app is pricey but, for me, it has been well worth it. Better still, the service means I don’t need to run over to my inlaws each time there is a computer issue.

Having a father who was heavily involved in early laser and fiber-optical research, Dan grew up surrounded by technology and gadgets. Dan’s father brought home one of the very first video games when he was young and Dan remembers seeing a “pre-release” touchtone phone. (When he asked his father what the “#” and “*” buttons were his dad said, “Some day, far in the future, we’ll have some use for them.”)
