Comedy is getting grosser all the time, and I don't see the reason for it. Maybe it's the shock value. But frankly, I'm not shocked by anything like that anymore. I shudder at what they'll come up with next. Likewise, for the last several years I have noticed that SciFi seems to be getting gorier, and the stories suffer when it does. I had to quit watching FarScape because of it. As for the scantily clad women...well, I guess it's a guy thing. I noticed years ago that there were numerous R- and X-rated themes for the iPaqs.
