Upset user murders his iPhone

Many of us around here are angry at Apple over the recent issues with applications being pulled or being released without certain features we know to be possible.
One Apple fanboy, angry over Apple’s recent removable of the Google Voice application had enough.
His iPhone 3G became the unfortunate receiver of his anger.
First he shoots the poor helpless iPhone with a 9mm handgun.
And then, as if that wasn’t enough, he douses it with lighter fluid and burns it to a crisp.
The whole thing accompanied by a melodramatic tune.
For this fanboy, this one was hard to watch.

As you say rather melodramatic.
Ok,cards on the table. As someone who has been unemployed for 8 months (along with my wife who is in the same boat) with no income coming in (my wife’s mother is helping us out at present, but how long for I don’t know),I find it despicable to see someone doing this. It must be nice to have ‘money to burn’ (excuse the pun) in this economy. I find it extremely sad & very disheartening to think that some idiot would do this regardless of his or her issues with the phone et al.

True, guys – especially when there are so many programs to donate unwanted phones to charity.
