If there is a design flaw, there&#039;s a design flaw.  I love to promote these small companies.  I would still say alot about Always Innovating as I think the Touchbook is a excellent idea. Like you, I had flagged up the unbalanced top section (together with an issue with some units shipping without manuals, which AI said was an error affecting only a few units, after which I updated out piece).  It got me thinking about the expectations of new startups; in his email the AI person I talked to pointed out how &quot;frustrating&quot; it was after a full year of work.
What obligations do we have as reporters of news, rather than as reviewers with our own hands-on experience, and do those obligations change if you&#039;re talking about a &quot;small&quot; company or something vast and practiced like Apple or HP?  Would be interested in your opinion, Joel; I&#039;ve been writing about it over here:
