I use one along with two of the larger leather-covered notebooks. The pad is small enough to fit in my pocket, though not by much, but I'm always hesitant to put the pen in my pocket. It's a bit large (although if you're used to a fountain pen, it's probably not much bigger), but mostly I'm terrified that I'll break it.

The Moleskine-style notepad is pretty nice. I'd love to get one, but I know I won't use it that much. I take notes on a Moleskine reporter's notepad with a fountain pen. Livescribe now has paper pads similar to the Moleskine, but I'd have a tough time giving up the fountain pen.

I believe Target was the launch partner for the Livescribe Pulse. Specifically, I wish I could import my notes into Microsoft OneNote as handwriting. I can bring them in now as a PDF, but it's not as good.
I'd also love to see integration with Outlook; for example, letting me hand write an email or a new contact or appointment and then automatically importing it (and sending the email) when I connect the pen to my PC.

I love my Pulse pen, I just wish the software did a bit more.
