I was pretty excited to hear about RIM’s work with 7digital for an on-device music service, but it remains an option that hasn’t launched. Today, BlackBerry users can go to App World and download the free Thumbplay Music Store application to get DRM-free music straight to their devices!
You are able to browse, preview, and download music. The MP3s start at $0.69 up to $1.29. Once you install the application to your device, you can set up an account (requires email and you have the option to purchase via PayPal or a Debit/Credit card account).

A full review will be coming in the next few days (along with a comparison to a few other BlackBerry music players). If you are a BlackBerry user, be sure to check out this free application.
You can grab Thumbplay’s Music Store for BlackBerry here.
