Dell had originally said they were discontinuing the Mini 9, but they keep bringing it back for these $199 sales. Remember that the Mini 9 is the best netbook out there for creating a Hackintosh–you can install the Mac OSX operating system on the Mini 9 and all the components work. See the prior posts on Gear Diary on this subject. But you need to boost up the 4 GB SSD to at least 8 and preferably 16 for an extra $75. I picked up one the last time these went on sale and created a Hackintosh and really love it. For around $400 after buying a copy of Leopard and the Mini 9 with 16 gb ssd you can create your own Apple netbook.
