If the supplies were small than the conclusion should be different than if the supplies were plentiful. My understanding is that there is no problem/delay ordering from ms directly though. The Zune pass holds no interest for me at all - I just don't rent my music so I wouldn't gain enough value. If they manage to start to approach the video and music library depth of iTunes then it starts to become a better value proposition, though.
