However, I made the switch to tea several years back and enjoy it a bit more. For me, it's the fact that it has less caffeine, is milder on the stomach, and I can re-use the leaves 3-4 times before throwing them out. I mainly drink Bi Luo Chun and Long Jing green teas, as well as a few brands of Jasmine tea. Throw in some herbal in there as well. No sugar, just fresh brewed tea in a cup with a built-in strainer in it. This discussion has gotten me thirsty for a cup of joe, though!
