Last night, Verizon started airing an ad on major TV networks with a new campaign, iDon’t, for the announcement of the new Verizon  Droid. The Verizon Droid is a highly anticipated Android device, rumored to be manufactured by Motorola and code-named as Sholes/Tao.
In the ad that is currently airing, a link to the DroidDoes.com website is shown. The ad uses the “iDon’t” phrase to point out shortcomings in the iPhone which the Droid solves, mainly via running the Android OS. The DroidDoes.com site allows you to sign up for email notification for more information on the Droid. The specs for this phone are still unknown, though rumor sites have purported specs. However, the site also has an animated graphic at the top that does point out a few specs:

@Douglas I think it’s going to be a very interesting device for Verizon. Rumored to be thinner than an iPhone but with a slide out keyboard. Android 2.0 will be interesting as well.
