I haven't found the performance to be satisfactory under WINE or Windows XP. I was thinking of installing Dungeon Siege to check out some of its mods, as well as working my way through the old Ultimate RPG Archives collection from Interplay. I've got it running under WINE off a mounted ISO with no problems. It's not as satisfying a RPG experience as running U7 with Exult (which runs quite well on the EEE as well), but it's a mild diversion when I need a break.
