I have 3 types of their IDs-- dogtag, wrist strap, ankle strap, and a red and a blue single LED safety lights. Their lights give surprisingly good distance warning with a single LED.

This is a great company. Started out family owned – may still be. What I'm torn about is the RoadID Interactive. I like the idea of it. I sent an email a while back (twice actually) and never got a response. In a nutshell, I was looking for more information on with regards to how the system is run and the redundancy and all that.
Either way, already planning on getting one for my wife for Christmas. She's not a runner like I am (when I'm not fighting with knee issues), but she's got serious enough medical issues that I'm concerned when she's working out at the gym or something.

I don’t go anywhere without mine. Leaves more room for food in my cycling jersey pockets.

I never go on a long bike ride without a $20 tucked in my sock and my Road ID around my ankle. I hope I never have to use my ROAD ID but I do feel better knowing it's there if something bad happens while I"m training on the roads.

I keep some form of ROAD ID on me whenever I’m training.
