The blogsphere is all a twitter (yeah, sorry about the pun) about the launch tomorrow of the new Google operating system Chrome.
While the actual OS won’t be launching tomorrow, Google is having an event that will allow tech insiders to get a their first real glance at this new cloud operating system. We have all heard the rumors and the snippets of screenshots here and there, but this time, we get to see something concrete.
According to the invitation, Google’s vice president of Product Management, Sundar Pichai, will be speaking, along with Google’s engineering director for Chrome OS, Matthew Papakipos. Demos of the operating system will be shown and Google will give an overview of their launch plans for 2010.
What will really come out of this event? More than likely, a lot more speculation and hopefully a beta candidate available for download. Its Google, and we cant help ourselves.
Thanks to Geek.com for the heads up!
