Here’s a quick tip about something I tend to take for granted. Each morning Google emails me my calendar for the day. Sure opening the calendar and looking at the schedule isn’t hard to do but there is something convenient about getting the daily schedule PUSHED to you. I especially like it since my schedule tends to change quickly and what I THOUGHT it would look like can change in the last minutes of the prior work day.
Setting it up is quick, easy and, of course, free.
Simple go to your Google Calendar and highlight the calendar you want sent to you each morning (If you have multiple calendars you can set this up for each one). Click “Notification”.
Next you check off “Daily Agenda”. (While you are there you can also set up a variety of other notification options.)
Next you… no actually that’s it. Simply save and go back to your calendar. After that Google will begin emailing you your schedule each morning.
Yes, it is a small thing but I find it more than a bit helpful when starting my day.
