I am very open to me being told I am reading too much into this.... But from my interpretation The Official Rules read like they can do anything with your facebook information. Even if they do something grossly illegal, you sign away almost all your legal rights? They don't state what they are going to do with all the information they gather other than use it to "administer the promotion". 'Administer' is a very vague term.
