Also many times I can hear myself when I speak with someone else (not always!) and it is so annoying.  Sennheiser website seems to be no good at just asking basic questions on how to stop this happening. Love the MM400 headset, I just wish it would work properly.

I think they would be a bit on the heady side for jogging or similar activities and I would question whether or not they would stay on the head.
