We hope you enjoyed a relaxing Thanksgiving before rushing out to shop for all those Black Friday & Cyber Monday deals. It was typically busy here at Gear Diary. Perhaps in between family festivities you missed Judie on WOR radio. Maybe during the hustle and bustle of the holiday, you didn’t spot Carly’s eBook buying guide for 2009 — if you can still get ‘em.

There were plenty of highlights from the past week, so let’s jump right in…

First, the team is rooting for “The Coach” (aka Travis Elrich) who’s taking his High School football team to the Texas state quarter-finals.

Carly recently found internet immortality thanks to her eBook reporting . Word on the street has it that the 4th generation iPhone is being tested. Members of the team ran through their own personal wish list of features they would like to see make it on the next generation device.

Dan covered a sneak peek at an awesome iPhone application, and showed off both the Jabra Stone & Sennheiser MM400 Bluetooth Stereo Headphones. Joel reviewed the HP MediaSmart Server EX495, and Wayne showed us the Amber Alert GPS to help keep track of your kids.

The team has also kept up with several contests and giveaways. Some of the recent winners include Gear Diary readers ocergj, who won the SmartSwipe; while wyattgp and plural won Callpod Fueltank Duos.
