When it comes to gear, there are a couple of things that I seem to perpetually be looking for the “best” version of (best for me, I mean). The perfect iPhone case; gear bags (which I’ll probably post on some day); and headphones.
Well, in the world’s continuing effort to make my life more difficult, iLuv has come out with the “Tatz” series, which they describe as “a new line of high end headphones and earphones that offers the latest in precision acoustic engineering and contemporary styled graphics.” Quite frankly, I’m afraid to let my daughter see them, because she tends to go nuts over any gear she can find that’s pink (for example, for Channukah she received a pink keyboard and a pair of pink ear buds), and the last thing I need right now–in the post-holiday, no money doldrums–is give her another excuse to ask for gear.
But since Maggie doesn’t live with you, and you might need some new headphones or earphones, you should probably give a look-see at iLuv’s new line. And I promise: they’re not all pink.
