MSI (Micro Star International) will be showcasing several new desktops and notebooks this year at CES. The roll call at CES will include the new G-series Gaming laptop, GE-series 3D entertainment models, C-series Core i5 notebooks, X-series ultraslim, U-series Wind Netbooks, and the Wind Top AIO desktops. They will also have some innovating concept models to see on the floor.

Some of the new products spearheading MSI’s 2010 lineup are the new Wind U160 Netbook and the X-slim X620 ultraportable notebook. Both of these model’s recently won the iF Product Design Award in Germany which is equivalent to the world’s definition of an Oscar. MSI will be displaying the new Arrandale Chipset in their new X-Slim X360 and the new Pine Trail equipped U135 which is also the first to be WiMAX Forum certified.

The newly update G series Gaming Laptop will be sporting the new Core i7 quad-core in the GT640 and GT740 , while the GX650 and GX740 will be equipped with intel’s new i5 mid range powerhouse. All G series have a 3D capable discrete graphics card for the best gaming and 3D experience.

7 new Wind top models will also be on display. The model range from 19-24″ while the flagship 24″ model boasts a multi-touch widescreen and enhanced cinema quality sound. They will have these models on display for CES for everyone to experience.
They will also have a new digital concept HD e-book on display at the show, also including wireless notebook battery charger and a 3D notebook. The HD e-book has dual 10″ displays, a touch screen, virtual tactile impression keyboard, Windows 7, SSD storage, and WLAN. MSI is hoping to “smash through” previous hand-held device limitations.
The new 3D notebook has a 15.6″ 120Hz 3D HD display. With Nvidia 3D glasses, the screen and GPU work together to form lifelike 3D images to create the perfect integration to bring real and virtual worlds together. The new wireless notebook charger uses a charging mat to charge the battery instead of wires. All you have to do is place the laptop on the mat and the battery will charge as if it were plugged in.
