Okay time for a little Gear Diary fun.  :-)

Do you friends, family or co-workers often make an “asses” out of themselves?

Do you wish you could tell them just how big of an ass they made?

Well thanks to JackassFace for the iPhone OS you can.

With JackassFace you can take a photo (from your photo album or on camera equipped iPhones, snap a photo), and then using your finger, drag, pinch/zoom, to place your friend’s face where it belongs- in the face of a photo of a real ass.

The application gives you four different “asses” to choose from and you simply choose the image you want to insert, crop it using the iPhone’s pinch and zoom function and then save.  The whole process takes on a few minutes from start to finish.

Then you can share your photo across Facebook, Twitter, E-mail it or simply save it to your phone’s photo album.

The application is available in the iTunes App Store here for .99 cents.

Thanks for being a sport Dan;-)

I have always had a passion for gear and gadgets. It all started for me with the release of the very first Palm Pilot. I've always had an interest in handheld electronics. From handheld PDAs, to cell phones, Mp3 players, watches and other products, I'm the first person my friends, family and colleagues call when they need advice on tech. I have roots in the online tech. forum community. I served as the Administrator to Howard Forums.com and as a Moderator at both Treo Central.com and Blackberry Forums.net. Under the screen name “lgreenberg” I've amassed 50,000+ postings. I also manage my own YouTube channel under the user name larrygreenberg. I'm always eager to help.
