Before we head out to CES 2011 tomorrow we thought we might take a look back at some of the things we saw… And did… At CES 2010. Amazing to think that this was BI (Before iPad) and how much has changed since. It is also amazing to realize how many of the products we saw that never made it to market. Yes, vaporwear was everywhere last year. 
Oh, and then there was that little trip out to the desert to torture a poor hard drive. Good times…. Good times…

Having a father who was heavily involved in early laser and fiber-optical research, Dan grew up surrounded by technology and gadgets. Dan’s father brought home one of the very first video games when he was young and Dan remembers seeing a “pre-release” touchtone phone. (When he asked his father what the “#” and “*” buttons were his dad said, “Some day, far in the future, we’ll have some use for them.”)
