A 25 year old woman born without arms has become the first person to pilot a Ercoupe sport plane using only her feet! Jessica Cox completed her flight on May 11,2008 as a special Mother’s Day gift to her mom. Her training started over two years ago on August 2005 when she was asked if she’d ever considered flying. Admitting to a flying phobia, Jessica was curious and attended a Wright Flight fly day. She was hooked and began training for her opportunity to solo.
