Bluetooth is a nearly universal standard on cell phones. It allows for wireless connections to headphones and on some phone models it supports wireless file transfer to your computer. Trouble is not every computer ships with Bluetooth capabilities. Here’s an inexpensive solution that you won’t even notice taking up a USB port in your computer. USBFever bills this as (perhaps) the world’s slimmest USB Bluetooth dongle. USB 2.0 compliant it supports Bluetooth v2 and requires no divers (Windows XP and Vista only). Attached to your computer it enables A2DP connections to your phone as well as Personal Area Networking.

Frustrated by the confusing keyboard combinations required to change volume settings on your PC? Sure, some computers have clearly marked controls for increasing or decreasing volume. But for those that don’t, here’s an inexpensive USB solution. No drivers required. Just plug in this touch sensitive volume control and you can easily control your computer’s master volume control. Slide your finger up and down or touch the surface for two seconds and your sound will turn on or off. There are no drivers required for this to work. Just plug it into your Windows 2000, Vista or XP computer and you can start controlling the sound immediately.

USB Fever has this iPhone 3G compatible battery pack available for $44. The rated power capacity is 2,400 mAh which is a full 50% larger than competitors such as the Mophie. This slide on battery pack contains a built-in speaker for the phone as well as volume and power buttons. Like the Mophie you cannot synch through the battery pack - you’ll have to remove your iPhone and connect it directly to your computer in order to sync at the end of the day.

USB Fever has this nifty 4 USB port car charger that should serve as the model for all car manufacturers. I’ve long felt the bulky cigarette lighter adapter is outdated. Every car I have driven no longer includes a lighter — so why are we stuck with using these single fat outlets that car manufactures keep including when most of our electronics charges from USB?
Here’s the solution to your problem. It’s from USB Fever and features 4 USB ports and one cigarette lighter socket. Plug it into your car and turn one outlet into 5 - with no bulky adapter. Cost is $22.99 with only $2.99 shipping worldwide.

Well - this is only a one cent solution for those of you working near a computer (or something with a USB powered port). USBFEVER has the iPod/iPhone compatible cable on sale for .01. Quanities are limited to one per order. If you are only ordering a cable, the next shipment date is August 1. Both black and white colored cables are available. I’ve already purchased one of these and plan on carrying it with me to client offices (where computer with USB ports are plentiful) for the times when my iPhone 3G needs a re-charge mid-day. Plug the cable into any USB port and you’ve got a handy iPhone/iPod charger — without the need to carry a fat wall charger.

Here’s an interesting iPhone case. On one side it’s a regular, albeit thick, iPhone case. Flip it over and your iPhone appears to be a big chocolate bar. Perfect for those who want to disguise their phone and hide it from view. This soft case is a perfect gift for the chocolate loving iPhone user in your life. USBFever is accepting pre-orders for $26.99 with shipping to begin on July 2, 2008. Pair it up with this chocolate mirror from Brando for those fun nights out.
